What exactly am I billed for?
One flat monthly price for your plan: $0 for Single Sheet, $29 for Binder, $429 for Filing Cabinet. Card and bank payments from your clients go to you; the plan price is the number on your Stapler invoice.
When does the charge land?
On the first of each month, for that month's plan. Your billing panel shows the next charge date and amount, and each past charge has its own receipt.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes. Move up or down from your billing panel at any time. The change applies from the next cycle, so the month you've already paid for stays as it is.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing, choose Single Sheet and confirm. You drop to the $0 plan at the end of the cycle, and every invoice, client and receipt stays where it is.
What happens past ten invoices on Single Sheet?
Invoices 1 to 10 go out as normal. For an eleventh, Stapler asks you to move to Binder; nothing you've already sent changes.
